BMW are a German luxury vehicle manufacturer, established over 100 years ago. BMW are also the producers of Mini and Rolls-Roys Motor Cars. The level of complexity and technical skills required to produce BMW products are high, hence the implementation of the learnership programme.
Each year BMW awards learnership programmes to derserving students. The learnership programme is implemented by the BMW Technical Department and runs over a period of 3 years.
Students will acquire the relevant skills and knowledge to undertake the technical requirements on the job, focusing mainly on Mechatroonics and Autrotronics.
The learnership programme takes place at external service providers, accredited by BMW. On completion of the programme, students will have gained skills and working experience specific to BMW, as well as a rocognised Artisan qualification.
